Green Salad

Coban Salad

Combination of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, and parsley. The ingredients are finely chopped, dressed with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper, then mixed together.

Chicken Salad

Chopped chicken meat, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. The ingredients are mixed together and chilled until ready to serve.

Falafel Salad

Falafel, deep-fried balls or patties made from ground chickpeas and herbs. It is served on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and parsley, and drizzled with tahini sauce, a creamy sesame paste dressing. It can also be garnished with olives, pickles and feta cheese.

Halloumi Salad

Lentil Soup

Soup made with red lentils, onion, garlic, tomato paste, and spices such as cumin, paprika, and mint. The lentils are cooked until soft and pureed with a blender or a food processor. The soup is garnished with lemon wedges and red pepper flakes for extra tang and heat.

Chicken Soup

Ssoup made with chicken, onion, carrot, celery, parsley, and vermicelli noodles. The chicken is boiled until tender and the broth is flavored with salt, pepper, and bay leaves. The soup is served hot with crusty bread or rice on the side.

Deserts

Baklava

Turkish dessert, made with layers of thin and crispy phyllo dough filled with chopped nuts, such as pistachios, walnuts, or almonds. The pastry is baked until golden and crisp, then soaked with a sweet syrup flavored with lemon, honey, or rose water.

Rice Pudding

creamy and comforting dessert made with rice, milk, sugar, and vanilla. The rice is cooked until soft and tender, then mixed with the milk and sugar and simmered until thickened. The pudding is poured into individual bowls or ramekins and baked until set and slightly browned on top.

Pumpkin with tahini

Dessert made with pumpkin and tahini sauce. The pumpkin is peeled and cut into chunks, then boiled until soft and mashed. The tahini sauce is made with tahini paste, sugar, water, and lemon juice, cooked until smooth and thick. The sauce is poured over the pumpkin and sprinkled with sesame seeds or walnuts.

Saksuka

Turkish vegetable meze made with fried eggplants, zucchini, peppers, and potatoes cooked in olive oil and served with a tomato sauce on top. The sauce is flavored with garlic, cumin, paprika, and mint.

Babaghanoush

Smoky and creamy dip made with roasted eggplants, tahini paste, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. It is blended until smooth and garnished with parsley, pomegranate seeds, and more olive oil.

French Fries

Popular snack or side dish made with potatoes that are cut into thin strips and deep-fried until golden and crisp. They are seasoned with salt and pepper and served hot with ketchup, mayonnaise.

Cheese Spring Roll

Crispy and cheesy appetizer made with spring roll wrappers that are filled with cheese, usually feta or mozzarella, and folded into triangles. They are deep-fried until golden and crisp.

Homemade Bread

Yogurt

Cacik
